Dynamic Psychotherapy           Help to Feel Better

Being human is complex. We human beings do realize a great deal about ourselves. Still, what goes on inside, wishes, feelings, needs and ambitions and drive, along with dreams, may lie in shadowy places inside. We each have our own ways of coping and handling what is there inside. The results we have with ourselves may vary from unique personal satisfactions to self limiting compromises.

Anxiety may manifest in sleeplessness and nightmares, tension or panic, depression, creative inhibitions, eating disturbances, difficulties in relationships, and sexual problems. Work sometimes can bring fatigue rather than the experience of being creative, even playful. Feelings of anger may predominate. We may sense stress coming from outside while losing touch with what’s inside. Without a fuller understanding of what we bring to our experience of stress from within, we may feel confused or helpless.

The therapy: Analytic therapeutic work allows us to look into feelings that may escape awareness or are difficult to face. My work as a therapist provides a relationship within which you are free to look into what is in your interest. The psychotherapy relationship is a mutual creation by both patient and therapist that develops into a unique experience centering on aims geminating from your needs as the analysand. Your core conflict(s) recreates within the healing relationship; and the vicissitudes are followed throughout the fabric your life. Therapy is working through conflict to free what is there inside and available to you for the pursuit of what you really want for yourself.
